Why do people think Cheerleading is going to be in the 2016 Olympics?

I have found no evidence this is true. Rumors and unreliable sources is what I found. There was only to be 2 sports chosen for the 2016 Olympics, as Softball and baseball were dropped. Rugby sevens and golf were chosen. So how is cheerleading included in the 2016 Olympics? I have nothing against cheerleading being included, i’m just confused why people think that it is going to be in the 2016 Olympics.

Are Oprah & Obama that unpopular with the voting IOC members that they voted against the 2016 Chicago Olympics?

Possible locations are Tokyo, Madrid, Chicago, and Rio de Janeiro.
Where do you think they will be held? I REALLY hope they will be in Chicago (I only live three hours from there) but the Olympics have never been in south America before so Rio de Janeiro might get it.
